9月4号，我在景德镇北站接到第一次来到景德镇的Nathaniel（以下简称Nat），我和他在景德镇玉書空间共处近两个月的时间。一开始，我带他拜访景德镇在地的陶瓷作者，这其中包括新流、一之、晓阳等陶瓷作者，也有一些我在景德镇的朋友。这些作者，他们的个人风格十分明显，这些相遇给Nat带来很多感触和启发。On September 4th, I received Nathaniel (hereinafter referred to as Nat) who was visiting Jingdezhen for the first time at Jingdezhen North Station. We spent nearly two months together in the Yushu Space in Jingdezhen. At first, I took him to visit ceramic authors in Jingdezhen, including Xinliu, Yizhi, Xiaoyang, and some of my friends in Jingdezhen. These authors have very distinct personal styles, and these encounters have brought many feelings and inspirations to Nat.Nat是伦敦大学金史密斯学院研究生，他主修的专业是关于艺术装置，对艺术和审美有着自己的独特的理解。他本身学习制作陶瓷已有五年时间，所以陶瓷对于他来说并不陌生。当一切拜访学习的过程结束之后，他便开始进行自己的创作，每天早出晚归，投身于自己喜爱的陶瓷之中。Nat is a recent graduate student of Goldsmiths College, University of London, majoring in art installations with a unique understanding of art and aesthetics. He has been learning how to make ceramics for five years, so ceramics are not unfamiliar to him. After all the visits and learning process was over, he began to create his own works, leaving early and returning late every day, devoting himself to his favorite ceramics.
